Delete your FCGOLD account

You can permanently delete your FCGOLD account and associated account data.

Delete in the FCGOLD app

1. Open FCGOLD and sign in.
2. Open your account/profile menu.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@fcgold.co.uk from the email address associated with your FCGOLD account and use the subject “FCGOLD account deletion request”. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the FCGOLD account and associated server-side personal data that FCGOLD controls, subject to limited information that may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Data stored only on your device can also be removed by clearing FCGOLD app data or uninstalling the app.

Timing

Verified deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible and targeted for completion within 30 days. Backup copies may remain temporarily until they expire through normal backup cycles.
